Q: Can I pay for expedited shipping? A: Yes. You must contact customer service so we can make sure the item is on hand and we will have to take the order over the phone.
Q: What are the dimensions of the pot? A: On average, they are anywhere from 8"-10". Please contact customer service if you need the exact dimensions.
Q: Can I use them outdoors? A: Currently, we are not offering any trees or plants for exterior use.
Q: How can I check if my order has been shipped? A: First, check your e-mail (inbox, spam/junk folder.) We send tracking numbers via e-mail. If you haven’t received your tracking number, then call customer service or e-mail us.
Q: How can I receive a discount? A: If you order in our designer packs, 4 or more of the same product, you will receive 5% off. If you order 8 or more of the same product, you will receive 10% off. If you are a business and plan on spending over $1000 in silk tree products, please call our customer service department so that we may apply a bulk quantity discount. If you're a returning customer and you have signed up for the newsletter, we offer discounts throughout the year.
Q: I saw a silk tree on the homepage but I can’t find it in its category. Where is it? A: The product may have been discontinued or we no longer carry this product.
Q: How are your trees measured? A: Our trees are hand made and the dimensions are variable. The height of our trees are measured from the bottom of the pot to the highest point of the leaf and after the leaves are unpackaged they may settle to a smaller height. Before you purchase you should always measure the area you are going to place the plant so you can be sure that it fits. See our How To Choose The Perfect Plant Or Tree page.
Q: What is your return policy/how do I return a plant?
Q: Is a signature required for delivery? A: A signature may be required for American Express customers if your order is shipped to an address other than the billing address and if the order is over $250.
Q: I live in Canada / Hawaii / Alaska. How do I order if your checkout page doesn't give me the option? A: For customers who live in Canada, Hawaii or Alaska, you must contact customer service by phone or e-mail. Canadian customers will have to call our local phone number (760) 268-0747. Free shipping does not apply to these customers.
Q: When will I receive my product? A: Generally, you can call or e-mail us to
track an order. Also to get a better idea of when your item will
ship, you may contact our customer service department before you place
the order for current stock status and available quantity. Generally,
all orders ship within 2 business days and arrive within 7-10 business
